Customer satisfaction is VERY important to us and we want you to love all things Bizzy Izzy's! If for any reason you'd like to return your items, please follow the instructions below if your items are eligible for returns. All returns are accepted for store credit in the form of shop credit only.
We will gladly accept the return of any unworn item, with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery of order. Items returned that have been clearly worn, washed, or are in otherwise used condition, including ANY smells, scents of perfume, smoke, mold etc. will not be eligible for return. A shop credit will be issued upon receipt of eligible returned items. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process all returns, we try and work as fast as we can, and typically it should not take us this long but please allow for this amount of time before reaching out for updates. Due to the volume of orders, once an order has been placed, we are unable to stop it from being processed or exchanged after 3 hours by our shipping team. Any orders that are older than 3 hours will continue through the processing and shipping status. If you choose to cancel an order, there is a 5% restocking fee to cover any credit card processing fees.
If you choose to return items that was purchased using Sezzle, you will see a 10% restocking fee, as Sezzle does not refund us any fees accrued when the purchase occurs.
If you return something that you have earned Loyalty Rewards on, Loyalty Rewards will be subtracted from your total shop credit.
If you purchase items using 100% shop credits and your total is $0.00 we will request to have you pay $6.95 shipping on your order, to cover shipping expenses. We are a family run business, please be understanding of this and do not abuse the loyalty rewards program. If you do not want to pay for shipping, we will gladly hold your order to combine with an additional future order.
Items purchased with 100% use of shop credit are ineligble for returns. Please be certain you are going to keep items purchased with 100% shop credit.

Returns may be mailed to our PO BOX (PO Box 4 Huxley Iowa 50124 ) or delivered to our warehouse and left in the return bin at 104 Campus Drive Huxley Iowa 50124.
To complete a return please mail the items with tags intact to the following address with the orginial invoice, if you do not have the invoice any longer, please send a note with the invoice #. If an item is recieved without this information it will not be accepted as we are unable to process it any further.
Damaged items- if an item you are trying to return to us is damaged, in any way please let us know and provide a photos of the damaged item as well so we can make it right for you! Please send photos to us in our Facebook Messenger or Email us at email@example.com and allow for 48 business hours for a response before messaging us again.
If you attempt to return an item that does not meet the criteria stated in our return policy, your exchange will not be able to be processed. if we receive your item and are unable to process your exchange for this reason, we will keep your item for 7 business days until you pay for the return shipping. Return shipping cost for ineligible items is $6.95 . After 7 business days if you have not paid the return shipping, we will donate your items.
